Observation: Potentially Hazardous foods such as pepperoni meat slices observed at 15.2C and 10.8C .
The ambient air temperature of the under counter cooler measured at 9.2C.
Discarded the potentially hazardous foods.
Fix the cooler and make sure the temperature is 4C or below at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer observed in the bucket and spray bottle. In the sanitizer bucket (Chlorine) measured at 0 ppm with wiping rags.
The sanitizer must be present at all times at concentration of (bleach/chlorine) 100ppm.
Operator made the new sanitizer in spray bottle and also changed the sanitizer in the bucket and measured at 100 ppm in both bottle + bucket.

Observation: The back door observed open at the time of inspection.
Make sure the door is always closed to prevent pest entry at all times.
Install the self closing door, so that door shuts after the person if needs to open.

Observation: Food debris observed in the walk in cooler, under shelves of walk in cooler and freezer, under cooking line and in the corners.
Clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas.

Observation: (1) The soap dispenser in the handwashing sink in the kitchen and not working.
Dishwashing detergent observed.
(2) The lid of the flour container is broken.
Repair and fix the soap dispenser of employee washroom and kitchen handsink and do not use dishwashing detergent for handwashing. Fix paper towel dispenser(s) in public washrooms.
Replace the lid of the flour container. Also replace other containers that have cracks and no not use duct tape.
