No mice in traps. Continue trapping, monitoring & cleaning. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Most of premise is clean, however the following areas require more cleaning: 1) Behind & under large equipment; most notably upright freezer, under counter fridge. 2) Bottom shelf with large food / flour bins. Remove bins, clean & sanitize shelf & bins.
