-Coolers measured 4C or less: pop cooler, front sliding door cooler, back sliding door cooler, 2 coolers in back storage room, insert cooler
-Freezers measured -15C: 2 back standing freezers. One freezer noted for defrosting.
-Dishwasher measured 75.0C at the plate level
-Quat dispenser measured 200ppm quats
-Quat buckets measured 200ppm with wiping cloths stored in them
-Ice machine is clean. scoops stored outside in a clean container
-Foods are covered and protected from contamination
-Food stored 6 inches off the floor
-Hot holding unit not in use at time of inspection
-Ice bin for salad bar not in use at time of inspection
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pest during inspection. Reports are kept with facility management. Pest control service is 2/month.
-Note: one display cooler beside pop cooler is not in use at this time. Ensure temperature of 4C or less is maintained before storing potentially hazardous foods in the unit. Ensure unit is capable of maintaining 4C or less.
-Note: 2 stand up fridges, 2 microwaves, and a 2 compartment sink at back of cafe are not part of the cafe and is considered part of the employee lunch room. |
