A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C or colder; hot holding unit was above 60C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Back sink has working cold tap. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, and platforms. - No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - 3-compartment sink dishwashing method being followed. Dish soap and bleach present. - Utensils used to dispense food. - All in order.
