Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): None of the two handwashing stations were functional at the time of the inspection. No soap at one and the sink is plugged at the other. Soap has been replenished during the inspection.

Observation: Cardboard being used for covering is in direct contact with the food. Watermelon stored on the shelf in the walk in cooler that raw meats are stored on. Sticky fly paper hung the ceiling over the kitchen and prep table.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use old cardboard, use clean plastic wrap or tin foil for covering food. Store watermelon on the produce shelf. Do not hang over the kitchen where there may be exposed food.

Observation: Screen door does not close.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the lock and the self-closing device.

Observation: The kitchen surfaces are dirty, dishwashing sink is dirty, wooden chopping block is cracked and dirty. Back storage area is cluttered and dirty.
Corrective Action(s): Clean floors under and around equipment, prep tables. Remove grime buildup in the dishsink, remove the chopping block or remove the crack. Clean the doors, walls to remove splatters. Remove clutter. Store items on shelves.

Observation: Undercounter reach in fridge is not working. Lights in the back storage areas, laundry room and back corridor are not working.
