-Handsink next to dishwash area has soap from the dispenser
-Handsink next to preparation cooler has no soap from the dispenser and paper towel roll is not in the dispenser

You also had deficiencies back in the last routine check last May 2022, as well as being ticketed for this infraction back in 2020.
