Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including restrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water and a method of drying (single-use paper towel in the prep area and blow dryers in the restrooms). All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C. All freezer units were at ≤ -18C. All food in the refrigeration and freezer units were stored protected and organized with the proper storage hierarchy. All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor. All hot hold food were held at > 60C. As per staff, all in-use utensils are cleaned 4 times a day. Super sani QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottle and sanitizer container. Both detected with 200 ppm QUAT. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. No signs of pest activities at the time of inspection. FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate verified - for staff on-site at the time of inspection (expires Feb 14, 2027).
