- All hand sinks- in staff washroom, dish washing area and pizza prep area are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Pizza prep cooler (inserts and bottom) and drinks cooler measured to be at less than 4C
- Food storage practices satisfactory; all food stored off the ground and is covered and dated
- Sanitizer solution in 'sanitize' compartment of three compartment sink and in spray bottles is measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Foodsafe certified staff is present on site
- General sanitation is well maintained

NOTE: Walk-in cooler measured to be at 4.5 - 5.5C internal food temperature. Operator has been preparing food at the time. Also, the service company has been called. Follow up inspection to be conducted. Ensure that the temperature is maintained less than 4C.
