No paper towel at the handwashing stations. Corrected during inspection. No hot water at the kitchen handwashing station. Date to be corrected by Monday, December 12, 2011. Correction: Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # CHAS-BCSTJ9 of Jun-03-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: No soap dispenser at the handwashing station near the dishwasher. No paper towels in the dispenser. Access to kitchen handsink obstructed by storage of garbage pail in front. Correction: Mount a soap dispenser and replenish paper towel dispenser. Do not obstruct access to handsink.

Walk-in freezers have been organized. Cooling wands have been purchased. Storage room sanitation is good. Yogurt is being ordered from a dairy. Receipt is kept onsite. Make permanent repairs to close the gaps and keep mice out. Replace the card boards strips with metal. Keep the garbage lids close to keep birds out and odor down. Remove mold and soils from the wooden storage shelf in the walkin cooler and paint with washable paint.
