-Almost all racks and shelving has been cleaned and are now dust free. Operator is going to clean the rest.
-Underneath the back prep table has been cleaned.
-Oven has been cleaned
-Walk in cooler fans are cleaned. Walk in cooler has been fixed and serviced.
-Operator has a probe thermometer to check temperatures.
-General sanitation is much better
