- All handsinks in kitchen, washrooms and front area are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers are less than 4C
- Upright freezers and chest freezers are measured at less than -18c
- Sanitizer solution available in a bucket and in three compartment sink is measured at 100ppm chlorine solution.
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Dry storage is well organized and all food is stored off the floor.
- No evidence of pest activity was noted at the time of inspection
-Food safe certification is verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory
