Comments

Bowls were not observed to be stored in foods. Scoops with handles were available in the food items, the handles were sticking outside of the food - this is good practice. Black garbage bags were not observed to be used as a food contact surface - this is good practice; ensure materials which are food grade are used as a food contact surface. The pizza cooler has been turned off and removed from the premise as it was not in use.
