Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dough was covered with a garbage bag.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use garbage bags to cover food items. Chemicals from the garbage bags may potentially contaminate foods. Garbage bag was removed at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Front sandwich display cooler was at 4C.
-Front bar cooler was at 4C.
-Front display cooler is used for the storage of non-dairy cream products (European Style Cream - non-potentially hazardous)
-Freezers ranged from -10C to -12C.
-Hot holding of soup was greater than 60C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Equipment is washed and sanitized at the end of the day. Sink plugs available for sink.
-Handwash station in back shared with 3 compartment sink and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Front handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Coffee machine milk frother sanitized with a bleach spray after each use.
-Deli slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
