Facility has been deep cleaned, ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner - good
Reviewed soup cooling procedures with operator, operator to now cool soups in the upright freezer and take out for defrosting as necessary. Some soups will be cooled in the upright cooler to use in the immediate future - good
Central handsink was found to have liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water - good
Operator has organized coolers to have vegetables and soups in the central upright cooler and to keep raw meats in the back area upright cooler. Some raw meats for service to be kept in the grill area prep cooler - good
