General: Handsinks: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available Prep coolers: 4C *ensure a display thermometer is available in each unit Freezers: -16 to -18C Foods were cooked to 79 to 81C (beef stew and potatoes) Dishwasher (high temp, new unit NSF approved): 75.9C at plate, see thermo-label Bleach sanitizer @100ppm, test strips available Meat slicer appears to be maintained Dry storage is adequate No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection, back screen door in use Coffee bar: Handsink is fully stocked Fridge: 4C *remind staff to close door properly after use; recommend service soon as there is quite a bit of ice build up on condenser Quats sanitizer @200ppm but needs to be refilled Handsink: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available No apparent signs of pest in this area
