Observation: Make up brush found amongst food storage bins
Scoops stored inside dry storage bins.
Delivery from "Kim Chau" at 1327 Kingsway Vancouver found to be stored in "Britco" Pork cardboard box. Items all individually wrapped. Potential for cross contamination always exists when used cardboard boxes are used to store other food items.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure area is cleaned and organized. Remove any items not necessary for business purposes
Do not store scoops inside dry storage bins
DO NOT accept cardboard boxes from supplier that have been previously used for other items ESPECIALLY for raw meat products. If the food item is not wrapped properly or the food item is moved onto a food preparation surface there exists the potential for cross contamination.

- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm
- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed

- Bean curd cookies - made at Pine House in Vancouver; receipts provided to inspector
- Pate - Made at Ba Le in Vancouver with other labeled pate and bread
- Spring rolls on rice wrap - Tasty Choice in Surrey; receipts provided to inspector
- Vietnamese egg pie - made on site; steamed and vacuum sealed; stored in cooler unit
