Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Card board was used to line prep table. Cardboard cannot be used as a food contact surface as they cannot be cleaned or sanitized. Discard cardboard. (CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION)
2. A bag of onions was stored directly on the ground. Do not store food directly on the ground.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Cardboard discarded.
2. Ensure to store all food products at least 15 cm off the floor on shelving. Correction required today.

Routine Inspection Conducted:

- Hand wash stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- FOODSAFE certificates available for review
- Chlorine bleach sanitizer solution in bucket above 200 ppm.
- Prep cooler and walk in cooler at 4C or below.
- Freezer at -21.2C
- Hot holding unit at 61C (pizza display)
- Accurate temperature monitoring in place for all units in use
- Health Permit posted in visible location
- No pest activity observed at the time of inspection
- Premise is overall sanitary
- Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and safe food practices.

Recommendation: Washroom wall under sink is damaged and may require repair and sealing in the near future to prevent entry of pests.
