Corrective Action(s): Removed during inspection. Move trolley to another part of the kitchen, and ensure hand sink is unobstructed and easily accessible at all times the restaurant is operational. Permit replacement form to be provided by email - card given. Ensure this is replaced and displayed by next month (30th September 2017). Violation Score: 1 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [Repeat violation]: takeout containers were again stored directly beside hand sink, without splash guard in place. Corrective Action(s): Removed during inspection. Ensure that either a splash guard is installed on this side of the sink, or that the containers are stored in an area not subject to splash contamination. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Drywall has yet to be repaired behind/under hand sink.
