Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk Solids observed to be stored at room temperature. Product measured 19.8°C. Manufacturer label states "Keep Frozen". Staff stated product was delivered last night and was left on counter. Staff was unable to provide document from manufacturer / supplier stating product can be stored at room temperature.
**Corrected during inspection** Product (27 vacuum sealed packages) discarded as per food safety plan for food products not kept at adequate temperatures.

All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored under food preparation areas.
