Follow-Up to Inspection Report DNGG-BHHS68 dated November 1, 2019. - Glass partition and sneezeguard in the front service area has been installed as per approved plans. - A papertowel dispenser has been installed at the kitchen handsink. - Liquid soap and papertowels are easily accessible at the kitchen handsink. - Required revisions for Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan have been completed. Revised Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan has been submitted and reviewed. Keep a copy of the documents on-site for reference. Premises may open and offer food to the public.
