Follow up inspection conducted:
-Cooler in bar area is now hovering between 4-5 deg C, no potentially hazardous foods stored inside. Please ensure it can maintain a consistent temperature of <4 deg C if you wish to store any foods/dairy products inside it.
-General sanitation has improved greatly in the following areas:
1) Underneath the cooking line
2) The potato machine
3) Inside the dry storage area
4) Inside the walk in cooler
-Cleaning and organizing still required in the walk in freezer
-Back door screen was in place at time of inspection-- good
-No flies observed during inspection
Overall greatly improved since last inspection. Thank you
