-Follow-up inspection to September 21, 2021.
-Meat slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure deli slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were tested between 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Did not find foods stored in opened cans at the time of inspection.
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Did not find any frozen meats thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
