-Cleaning has been completed as outlined in previous report. -Floor is now clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pests. -Pest Control Technician was on-site. Area where bugs were noted was cleaned, bugs removed and adhesive traps have been placed. Bugs appear to have been pill/sow bugs. Operator must ensure back areas remains organized with the floor area clear and that boxes/records do not accumulate. Items no longer required for the food premises should not be stored at the food premises. *Coving in back storage area is missing needs to be replaced and weather stripping on back door requires replacement as small gap noted. **Manager present at the time of the inspection. She completed Foodsafe level 1 in 2012. Certificate is no longer valid as it was issued prior to 29-July-2018. Grace period for recertifying was extended until 31-Aug-2018. See foodsafe.ca for information regarding recertification. Info card provided to Manager at the time of the inspection. One staff member is registered to take Foodsafe level 1 tomorrow and one has completed Foodsafe level 1 since the previous routine inspection.
