Observation: No chlorine based sanitizer bucket or spray bottle avaliable in the kitchen or front servicing area.
Correction: Prepare chlorine-based sanitizer buckets for the kitchen and front servicing area to measure at 100-200ppm to ensure proper sanitation. Corrected by: Immediately.

Follow-up Inspection due to Closure Meeting conducted on June 2, 2022.
-Verified facility is to be closed and food production to cease until the following documents and concerns have been addressed in the Closure Order issued on June 1, 2022.
Operator and staff must have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate.
Re-arrange facility to previously approved plans or submit revised floorplan for health review and approval.
Revert back to original food items previously approved by Health Department. Submit Food Safety Plan of all new proposed menu items to health department for review and approval.
Separate personal use from business use.
All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Service chest freezers to hold an air ambient temperature of -18C or lower and stand-up coolers to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.
-Operator must not come on-site to conduct any service, renovations, or other duties on the premises unless accompanied by an Health Officer as mutually agreed upon during the Closure Meeting.
-Facility is to remain closed and cease & desist of all food production in the food premises until Closure Order is rescinded.

-Operator is retrieving personal-use produce and items from the premise at the time of inspection accompanied by 2 Health Officers.
