Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigerator units were at ≤ 4C. All freezer units were at ≤ -18C. Thermometers functioning and equipped in all refrigeration units. All food stored protected and at least 6 inches off the floor. High temperature dish machine was able to reach 75.9C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. 200 ppm QUAT detected in the sanitizer containers and wall mounted QUAT sanitizer dispenser. Excellent sanitation noted throughout the facility. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Assistant Manager was on-site at the time of inspection - FOODSAFE level 1 certificate was available and verified - expires Jan 25, 2024.
