Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 wiping cloths noted through out facility on counter - dry and soiled. Sanitizer buckets through out premise noted 100 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all wiping cloths are stored in 100 ppm chlorine solution at all times when not in use. Do not leave wiping cloths on counter.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Ice scooper stored in ice machine
2. Scooper berried in dry food bulk bin
3. Double stacking in prep cooler - one insert stored on top of another.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all scoopers are stored outside of food products. Handles must remain outside of containers to prevent staff from handling food directly with their hands.
Do not double stack food inserts. Cover all food and all top inserts will not be properly cold held. Keep inserts full and all extra food must be protected and stored in underside of cooler unit.
