Corrective Action(s): Keep sinks clean, clear, and adequately stocked for use. Access must be reasonably convenient. Violation Score: 5

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Hot holding unit (the one used for reheating vs hot holding) not plugged in due to an electrical issue. Corrective Action(s): Rectify issue so both machines can be used. One for hot holding (60C and above), while the other is turned up higher for reheating (74C and above). Violation Score: 3 315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)] Observation: Back milk dispenser thermometer broken. Corrective Action(s): Replace.
