Line prep cooler maintaining food below 4C, shrimp 3.5C, sauce in bottom of cooler 3.8C. Monitor pizza cooler, running cooler today (4C) however it tends to run warm when pizza oven is used frequently. Operator will contact refrigerator repair specialist for information regarding methods to keep cooler temperature down.
