-hand sink fully equipped. Paper towel dispenser broke recently and another is on order. Paper towels are available on shelf
-All temps met health requirements, temp logs maintained daily.
-Dishwasher at 71C at dish
-ice machine clean and sanitary
-food observed being defrosted in sinks under constant cold running water
-pest control in place as there was a problem several months ago but no signs of issues now
*Ensure when large batches of food are being made such as dumplings only a portion of it is out at room temperature to prevent temperature abuse. Only keep out what will be made/prepped in an hour or less. Then get the next batch from the walk in cooler.
