-Coolers are under 4 degC
-Chest freezer's -22 degC
-Upright freezer is not working. Operator is using the chest freezer to store frozen foods.
-Dishwasher rinse temperature was 72 degC at plate level
-Hand sink's fully equipped
-Temperature logs are being maintained. Change the date to the current year's, not 2019.
-As discussed, if you and other staff took FoodSafe level 1 before 2013, your certificates expire on July 20, 2018. Get re-certified before then.
