Sandwich cooler properly stocked with single layer only and covered; cooler and food were <4C.
No fried rice/food left out at room temperature at time of inspection.
Fried rice and steam rice both stored in rice cooker at 62 to 65C.
Undercounter freezer compressor is broken, owner will not be replacing the freezer. No food stored in this undercounter freezer.
Adequate food storage in remaining refrigeration units onsite.
*In the future if there is operational issue, a working freezer shall be reinstalled.
Raw meats stored on bottom shelves of cooler and/or beneath produce.
Manual warewashing properly setup already.
Pop fountain cleaned.
Orkin pest control report from Feb reviewed onsite. Please have owner provide January and March service report by e-mail for review.
