Routine Inspection
- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
- all cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C except cooler number 2 at 8 degree C
- samosa are hot held for 45 minutes and discarded after as per manager
- dishwasher final rinse above 72 degree C at the dish surface
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available
- pest control in place
- general sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection
- remove the tape from the rose water scoop
