Inspection conducted for ownership change.
The following was observed at the time of inspection:
Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests.
Glass washer sanitizer at 12.5 ppm at the plate.
Hand stations in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water.
Hot and cold water available.
Bar cooler at 40 C and below.
200 ppm chlorine used with sanitizer cloths.
Freezer at -13 C peas, cooler 4 C egg rolls.
Utensils and containers are sanitary.
Dishwasher final rinse at 71.6 C at plate.
Walk in freezer at -18.8 C chicken.
Walk in cooler at 3.9 c black bean sauce.
Temp. monitoring in use with all units.
Food protected from contamination.
One live seafood tank with crabs and lobsters only.
No change in floor plan, menu or service.
Recommendations:
Replace any old / poor condition food containers.
Do not use hose bib extenders on the sinks.
Replace / discard expired test strips for chemicals. They do not work.
Update food safety plan with time stamps of fresh prepared vegetables during rush hour.
Please submit and or update the following:
1. food safety plan.
2. Sanitation plan
3. Permit for Fraser Health payment
These are required in 30 days.
