ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Curtains washed
- Tire removed from restaurant
- Some cleaning has occurred
- No bowls of old batter found during inspection
- Transfer of food from aluminum cans into food grade container for long term storage in cooler units has occurred
- Scoops have been removed from containers and properly washed and sanitized between uses
- All opened bags of dry goods have been transferred to dry storage bins
- More painting required. Shelves were not painted enough to cover exposed pressed wood
- Lids on all food items in walk in cooler unit
- More cleaning has occurred - inside cooler units and behind cupboard

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Remove cardboard lining shelves - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
- Broken light covers to be replaced

Going forward maintain restaurant at this level of sanitation.
