Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BD9TDE. Areas noted on previous routine inspection report under violation code 306 have been cleaned. Premises serviced by pest control operator on June 28, 2019. Service report available. Paper towel dispenser is in place at front hand sink. Hand sink adequately supplied at time of inspection. Lower shelf brackets in place for front under counter cooler. Beverage dispenser drainage pipe repaired. Drainage collection bin no longer present at beverage dispenser. Thermometers present in units noted on previous routine inspection report. Note: A stainless steel panel has been installed as a barrier between mop sink and adjacent shelving unit. Lower racks of shelving unit used for chemical storage.
