Observation: Rodent droppings are still noted in storage room (hard to reach areas, under shelving racks) and floor under juice dispensing system.
Corrective Action(s): Staff needs to clean the noted areas better to remove droppings. Sanitize areas after removing droppings, and monitor. Recommendating to have a thorough check by technician to identify entry points and seal all possible entry points. Active cleaning is key.

Observation: Due to the age of the kitchen, the sink at main food preparation area acts as both a handwashing station and a prep sink. No liquid handsoap or paper towel is noted at sink.
Correction: Ensure liquid handsoap and paper towel, in dispensers, are available for proper handwashing to occur.
