Observation: High temperature dishwasher after multiple runs at 63 C (at list must be 71C).
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Repair/service the high temperature dishwasher. Use take out single use cups/containers only.

Observation: - Beer glasses have been stored upside down on a beer keg in the under counter cooler.
- Small plastic container in use and stored directly in a cheese (in the under grill cooler).
Corrective Action(s): - Immediately. Glasses must be stored in a sanitary manner.
- Immediately. Single use container has to be removed from the cheese as well as proper utensils must be in use to dispense food.

Public Comments
General sanitation - acceptable (but required attention in some areas/please see violation sections).
All cold units (walk-in, under grill, beverages, & prep coolers) <= 4.0C.
Walk-in and small chest freezers - satisfactory ( at 18C or below).
All hand sinks (back and front of the kitchen & washrooms) supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in wall mounted dispensers;hot/cold running water.
2-compartment sink - satisfactory.
Surface sanitizer - available.
Fan hood - clean.
Food storage (outside of the kitchen and in) - acceptable.
Hot holding unit at 60.0C.

Note:
- Counter top cold unit, which located near fryers is not working (empty). Small amount of frozen potato stored at room temperature on the counter.
This is not the best practice. The cold unit has to be repaired.
- Ensure that the prep table (near back entrance door) is properly cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Observed personal belongings and personal food on this table at the time of inspection.
- Staff shouldn't be asking customers how burgers have to be done. It is illegal in Canada to cooked burgers below 74C/for 30 sec/ of insert temperature. Please use a probe thermometer to check the internal temperature of burgers. Burgers must be cooked as per the FoodSafety Plan.
