Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Hot-holding units all operating above 60'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-200ppm Quats available in buckets to hold wiping cloths throughout and also labelled spray bottles. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 73'C at plate level after final rinse.
-Coffee stirrers stored in ice water.
-General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout. However, floors in the back prep area - by the walk-in cooler require attention.
