Observation: 1. Noted utensils and food containers, take out containers stored in washroom- this is a repeated violation ticket will be considered if it is not corrected by follow up visit
2. Wiping rags noted on counter

-Remove the toilet or make it impossible to use by physically covering it (flash to floor)
2. Rinse and keep wiping rags in a bucket of sanitizer between use

Comments

- Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory
-Dishwasher chlorine concentration >100 ppm
-Quats concentration in spray bottle >200 ppm

** Dishwasher was turn off during low time and took time to warm up- use the label (provided to the operator) and ensure temp is at least 71 oC at plate- done
** Install self closing device for washroom door it it is going to be used as staff washroom (no customer is allowed)
** Ensure to monitor temp of all coolers and freezer (at least twice daily) Quats concentration for wiping rags and dishwasher temp at least once daily record in log sheet and keep on site for routine check by FHA as per request.


-Covid-19 PHO order: Noted no enough physical space between tables, operator advised that customers are seated in every other table to maintain 2 meter distance
-Ensure to sanitize chair, tables , door knob and high touch surface area routinely.
