- Coolers were 4 C or colder
- Freezer was -15 C
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm quat
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 199 F at gauge, and 75 C at plate
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection, pest control on contract
- General sanitation is satisfactory
