Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CYGSPH
Sanitizer containers were noted with 200 PPM QUAT.
As per Manager, new paper towel dispenser for the washroom is on order. Currently waiting for dispenser to arrive.
Supervisor, who was onsite during the last routine inspection, was not available at the time of inspection. Instruction was given to her to ensure she completes FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent and email the certificate to the covering area Inspector. No email was received upon deadline. Evidence was provided that she registered for the course and is awaiting to complete her exam. Please email this document to the covering area Inspector to have available on file by the end of the day.
Going forward, Manager must ensure that all staff, in the absence of the Manager or the operator, at least one other staff onsite must have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent during food preparation and services.
