Inaccurate temperature on cooler's digital display. This is a main cooler for the facility. Corrective Action(s): High-risk foods moved to working coolers at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius. Technician called - will come to service tomorrow morning 10 am. Violation Score: 9

Routine inspection comments: Staff are checking and recording cooler/freezer temperatures twice a day. Please ensure that staff are aware to notify a manager / take corrective action when temperatures are inaccurate. Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel High-temperature dishwasher reached >/= 71C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer) General sanitation is adequate. One area of dust observed in a lower shelf in the main serving area. No signs of pests observed Quats sanitizer in spray bottles at 200 ppm. Labelled "sanitizer." Freezer at adequate temperature Other coolers at </= 4C. Thermometers in-place. Discussed customer milk cannister storage. Milk should not be stored at >/= 4C for longer than 2 hours. Will return for a follow-up tomorrow afternoon. Thank-you.
