Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods in left undercounter cooler measuring at temperatures >4 deg.C. Air temperature was noted to be 6 deg.C. Internal temperature of sauce was measured at 8 deg.C.

Comments

This inspection done by EHO student.

- Adequate cold and frozen storage temperatures:
- walk-in cooler < 4 deg.C
- Danby freezer < -18 deg.C
- Frigidaire freezer < -18 deg.C
- Chlorine sanitizer solution measured at 100ppm.
- Operator has test strips available to test chlorine concentration.
- Operator maintains daily temperature logs.
- Overall sanitation of premises is good.
- Handsinks have hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- No pest activity noted at time of inspection. Operator is using Ketch-all traps to monitor for pests.

- Discussed COVID-19 Safety Plan with operator. Measures are in place, but needs to be in written form. Refer to WorkSafe BC website for more information.
