Observation: Meat slicer appear to have food debris that resemble pepperoni on the guard and blade. Staff informs that the unit is usually cleaned after use.
Correction: Please ensure that the entire unit and parts are properly washed and sanitized after use. Food debris must be removed before next use.

Paper towel dispenser has been repaired in the back.
