- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottle at 200 ppm. **Ensure wiping cloths are also stored in a bucket of bleach solution in between uses.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached at least 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle.
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
