Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A food prep cooler by the cooking station is operating at 10 degrees C. and has potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) stored inside.
Corrective Action(s): As it has been less than 2 hours, move all the PHFs to a functional cooler so that pathogens do not grow and spread on food, therefore causing the customers to get sick.

Observation: There is an accumulation of dust and grease debris on the fume hood covers directly above food being cooked.
Corrective Action(s): These must be removed and cleaned every week to avoid accumulation and to protect food from contamination.

Observation: Repeat Violation: There are visible mouse droppings by in the back of the kitchen by the walls nearest to the door that was found being kept open at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the mouse droppings then sanitize these areas. Keep the back door closed. If the problem gets worse hire a pest control company.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Repeat Violation: The door at the back of the kitchen was found to be kept open at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): This may be directly contributing to your pest problem, keep the door closed or install a screen door.

Observation: Repeat Violation: The walk in freezer has still not had the door seal replaced and is causing a large accumulation of ice inside the freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the seal to prevent accumulation of ice because it may start affecting the quality of the food, it is unsafe for employees, and may contaminate the food.
