Routine inspection

Food premises undergone renovation and improvements observed. Kitchen ceiling tiles replaced. New flooring and new seating sets noted.

- Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water , liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. Staff were observed properly washing hands at the time of this inspection.
- Sandwich make line cooler with inserts measured at or below 4 degree C (40F). Walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C. Walk in freezer measured at or below -18 C (0F). Temperature monitoring log kept updated. Importance of temp monitoring were discussed with staff.
- Meatball and other hot food measured at or above 60C (140F) in hot holding unit.
- Sanitizer available in spray bottles and bottles labeled properly. QUAT sanitizer 200-400 ppm detected in sanitizer spray bottles.
- Three-comp sink maintained. implements stored properly. Washing and sanitizing tomato and cucumber slicer discussed.
- General sanitation is excellent. Thank you!
