Walk in coolers are very organized.
Hot holding of soups online are all 60 degrees C or hotter.
Dishwasher final rinse had a 50 PPM chlorine residual.
Glasswasher had a 12.5 - 25 PPM iodine residual.
Liquid soap and single use towels at handsinks.
Temperature logs are being maintained.
General sanitation is overall good.
Quat sanitizer in wiping buckets had a 200 PPM residual.
