Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 10 eggs in tray left out on shelf at room temp for 1 day.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all potentially hazardous foods (eggs) are maintained at or below 4 C. Eggs can be over 4 C for a maximum of 2 hour before they are consumed, cooked, refrigerated or discarded. Discard eggs.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution noted 0 ppm chlorine and cloudy. Owner says solution is from last night.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 100 ppm chlorine solution is available each morning and is replenished every 4 hours daily. Keep all wiping cloths in sanitizer solution at all times when not in use. Do not leave dried, dirty cloths on counters. Sanitizer solution with wiping cloths must be available in the front coffee bar and another in back prep kitchen.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination. Install sneeze guard in front of displayed food to protect from contamination. Reported on past 2 routine inspection. Owner has display and is waiting on glass delivery this week. Once received, display will be assembled and food will be protected.
