Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Prep line cooler was at 4 deg C. Hot holding cabinet was above 60 deg C. Person on duty has current/valid Food Safe 1 certification. No signs of pests note at time of visit. Ensure pest control monitoring in place. Washroom was clean and provided with liquid soap, paper towels and toilet paper. General sanitation was good at time of inspection. Items to address: 1. Ensure temperature log is available and up to date. Temp. log must be done daily. 2. Ensure inside the dough rounder (part where there is no food contact) is clean. Remove all dough pieces that have fallen off from the food contact part. 3. Provide copies of Food Safe 1 certified staff.
